Fluorescent Microscope
Inverted fluorescence microscopes are used in fields such as cell biology, cancer research, and microbiology to observe living cells
and tissues in fluorescent culture vessels like Petri dishes from below, making them ideal for live cell imaging of
dynamic processes, studying cells in large volumes of culture medium, and performing micromanipulation with greater space above the specimen.
Their design, with the light source and objectives below the stage, protects sensitive cell cultures from light damage and maintains their sterility.
